How to add a new ticket

TASK - Add a new webshop ticket (Silvester Ticket)

The task is to add a new ticket on webshop or on VU. You’re given a picture, nothing more. It’s called Guess by yourself technique. Stimulates creativity.

Creating a webshop product

Create a new product for webshop with the following parameters:

  • Name: “Silvester Ticket 75€” (clone “10er Karte 540€”)
  • Produktart: Dienstleistung
  • Internal category: Alle / Geschenkgutscheine / Eintrittskarten
  • add picture “silvester_ticket.png”
  • Price: 75E
  • Ticket display name: “Silvester Ticket 75€” (“Silvester Ticket 75€”)
  • Print name: “Silvester Ticket 75€” (“Silvester Ticket 75€”)
  • no template

Creating a product template

Tickets / Konfiguration / Ticket Vorlagen

Create a new template with the following parameters:

  • Name: “Silvester Ticket Template” (copy template from “RFID Karte Herren Template”)
  • Not saleable on VU: check (this will not display ticket on VU screens)
  • Type: “Zeitraum”
  • Access time (Minutes) (Zugriffszeit (Minuten)): 1440
  • Additional products: Clarify here about what free products are needed for this ticket. For some tickets we left only: “Check-In” and “Card loading” (“Kartenaufladung”)
    • Softgetränke 7 (Herren)
    • Heissgetränke (Herren)
    • Handtuch (Herren)
    • Essen (Herren)
    • Bademantel (Herren)
    • Check-In
    • Kartenaufladung

Creating a VU product

Create a product for VU with the following parameters:

  • Name: “Silvester Ticket”
  • Produktart: Dienstleistung
  • Internal category: Alle / Karten / Herren
  • Price: 75E
  • Steurn: 19% Umsatzsteurn
  • Ticket display name: “Silvester Ticket”
  • Print name: “Silvester Ticket”
  • template: “Silvester Ticket Template”

Adding the ticket to known RFID Cards

RFID-Karten / Konfiguration / Kartentypen

Open “Kreditkarte Herren” and add VU product “Silvester Ticket” to the list.

Adding the ticket to schedules

Verkauf / Planer / Zeitplane / VU Entry

Add “Silvester ticket” to “VU Entry” schedule on “Produkte” tab

Verkauf / Planer / Zeitplane / Gate

Add “Silvester ticket” to “Gate” schedule on “Produkte” tab

Setup CARD REPLACEMENT MAPPING

RFID Karten / Konfiguration / Kartentypen / GiftCard

In the first “Name” column with the list of all Giftcards, add:

  • Silvester Ticket 75€

In the dual column field “From product” - “To product”, add this mapping:

Silvester Ticket 75€ - Silvester Ticket

Add tickets to Booking (display on the website)

Buchung / Konfiguration / Webshop / “Gift Cards Products” add:
  • Silvester Ticket 75€
